I think the Legend (type 2?) intake would work if you cut a section for tcs. I might be wrong though.

Before you even spend any dime, I highly suggest you to remove the intake resonator under the headlight then reply back. I had an intake before, sure it is sound good but you will suffer a lot of MPG lol.

are you sure. cause according to a friend of mine that has a rl with intake he said he actually had better gas mileage with the intake. he is the one that told me to use the 92-95 civic intake. said his gas mileage got better with the exhaust, and intake. so idk worth a try if it doesnt work just put stock stuff back.

LOL, don't even spend money on those. Just remove the intake resonator and I promise you it will sound a lot better! Save the money for the coilover

The intake resonator is underneath the passenger headlight. Your best bet is to remove the front bumper. With the bumper removed all you need to do is unbolt the 3 bolts holding it in place then wiggle it free. There is a wire that is clipped to the resonator so don't forget to undo that clip before yanking.

With the resonator removed it sounds slightly beefier on revs and when you shut the car off you can hear the air come back out. Some people say you lose a little bit of MPGs but I haven't noticed anything and I've been recording my MPGs since spring.

^^ yea i have never though a intake would reduce mpg lol. always though it stayed the same or it made it better. only way it could make it worse in my eyes is the driver cause now you hear the motor a little more so you arent as light on the pedal lol.

LOL, that is exactly the problem. Once you installed an aftermarket intake, the gas pedal is begging you to stomp on it.
Search Mightcarmod on youtube haha, I believe they did a dyno on aftermarket vs OEM. The OEM wins hand down.

Viprl, look for my thread awhile back when I lowered my car. There's pics in that thread with my intake and a little information on rigging it to cai. Any legend intake will work as Eddie said. W/ tcs will fit with no cutting or w/o tcs with cutting as I did. Also look up DIY cai legend. My mpg's actually stayed the same if not a little less. I'm still happy to get 18-19
