Overall it wasn't too bad. It took me about 3 hours from start to finish and taking breaks. To separate the glass I used a heat gun and warmed the glue up. I did make a fairly large mistake and ruined the diffuser for the blinker so I reinstalled without it. I plan on buying new chrome bulbs that glow amber for running light and blinker.

Without that difusser it looks a bit aftermarket. But not bad!
