This. It's a little project build I was tinkering with and ended up painting my bike to match my RL.
Close up of the pearl paint.

Damn love it. Man you need the roof spoiler and trunk spoiler like mine. Can you share some more info on the suspension? How much is it? I was thinking about to lower my car using Ksport or Tein but I'm not too sure about the ride lol.

Thank you guys, for the kind words.
I bought the bike rack about 4 years ago for my 97 accord.
Luckily, the towers I used for my accord swapped right over to my RL problem free. I got it from Sun and Ski Sports for about 500 bucks or so. It's worth every penny, but you can find one cheaper on craigslist if you don't mind it being used.
The bike is an old HARO I had laying around the garage that I wanted to rebuild. I also have a Marin 29'er and some other bikes. HARO isn't bad if you're starting out, but you will most definitely need to upgrade the more hard core you get.
Oh, I plan on scooping both up soon. Thanks for the links on where to get them. Do they come painted or do I have to send them out?
The suspension was scooped up from someone who upgraded to a big baller suspension. I got it off of him for about 400 plus shipping. The ride is great, except that it bottoms out when loaded down.
Yes, it is a Yakima rack and when you buy/build one, the parts are pieced together for whatever vehicle you have. Check out yakima.com and build yourself one for shits and gigs. It'll lay out everything you need.

The 8th Gen Accord V6 Coupe rims look so damn good on your car. The bike works perfect. My new wheelchair I've ordered has disc brakes. 1st chair with them in my town but that's how I "roll" lol. A lip spoiler will look nice too. Ever plan on getting you windows tinted?

LOL @ "how I roll". Thanks for the compliment.
Disc brakes on a wheel chair? I'd like to see how that looks.
The windows are tinted. I bought the car with the tint already on it. Sometimes it looks really light and other times it looks darker.
The V6 wheels will be for sale soon. I have another set of wheels coming in at the end of the month. Interested?

Did yah like that bro?...lol. It's true right? you're def a buddy of mine.
Why would I be interested? I no longer have an 8th gen Accord. The tint def looks better at that angle but i know why your tint "looks" lighter than normal 32%. Your interior is tan isn't it? If it we're taupe like mine or black like others it would make the interior darker which would make windows look darker.
As for Disc Brakes on the wheelchair i just orders. Here it is...
Sweet Huh???

Thanks for the info. Is the drop pretty consistent (F and R) as you use diff setup front and back? Also, how did you come up with this setup? Trying to decide how to lower mine. Can stock springs not be used front and rear? How's the ride compared to stock?

You can't use the stock springs on the rear because it won't lower any more. The front gets lowered when you bolt up the 2nd gen legend parts. The forks bring it down a bit.You have to use lowering springs and shocks for a 2nd gen legend since they don't make anything for our cars. But it all bolts up just fine.

I am curious how much the suspension setup cost you, just to compare other options. I have found a full set of H&R springs from Europe that costs around $450 shipped. Then all I would need to do is put new OEM shocks on the RL and it should be a good setup (on paper). Alignment + camber kit extra as I would need that regardless.

Are the Euro springs for our model RL? If so, that's the best way to go. And ig you drop it on springs, you should be okay to go without the camber kit. (depending on the distance of the drop)
What camber kit have you found?
The front forks, you can get from a junkyard for about 20 bucks if you bring your own tools and take it all apart yourself.
Konie Reds: $400 bucks or so
HR springs: $350
I wish I could find a coil over set up for this car that will not break the bank. Sor far, this was the cheapest way to go.

Here it is, as an example: http://www.dcperformance.co.uk/cheap...s/29844-2.html
Spoke to Marcus at HeelToeAuto and he was saying it may be possible to import for about $350 US. Can't verify if this is a direct fit and how stiff the ride will get. The search continues ......

I love the suspension setup. Simple yet the results are very impressive. I may have to go with something similar. I was thinking TSX suspension for me but I may end up changing my mind now.

You may not need to. There's another member who up and installed some springs for another gen. Check out his thread here.

Did you see the pics I posted of the TL on our other site with the iforged wheels I was talking about? I was thinking about going with those wheels which are 20x8 and 20x9 with a mid 30's offset.
