Blown Rear Shock Absorber Bushing

My RL has been making a rattling sound going over washboard surfaces. I pulled off the tire and found that the rear right absorber bushing was split. Is it possible that the shock absorbing mount is shot too? Or would this be the root cause?

Also, I've replaced bushing on my 9-3 with polyurethane bushings. I know how difficult it can be to push the metal outer ring out that is connected to the bushing. Does anyone know, or have, replaced these bushings before? I've done internet searches and found few info. Thanks!

It is possible that both this bushing and strut bearing mount is blown too. Any thoughts? Anyone know how to access the strut mount in the rear? Remove rear seats?

You need to remove the rear deck speakers to access the rear strut.
