99RL Navi Question

Is it possible to upgrade the Navi? Some of my local streets dont show up on the map. Is there anywhere/anyhow I can do this? Thanks.

With a '99 RL you're basically screwed. It was the last year of the old hard drive system. 2000 and newer all use a DVD instead for updates.
