What are the main difference between 99 RL's and 2000 RL's ? Thanks guys

2000 RL has vehicle stability assist, Navigation is DVD based instead of CD based.

alright, do any companies make lipkits for the RL ? Do TL type S wheels fit on the RL?

There are a few companies, all in Japan from my understanding.

Try looking up the terms "VIP" and "Honda Legend"
