Has anyone tried putting 20 inch rims on a 00-04 RL? I have a 2002, but I imagine these years have the same wheel base. I am looking at a few different ones. But, I am wondering what kind of dimensions I would have to have in order to run smooth still, and not rub and not trip off that driving sensor on the dash.

Any recommendations on sizes?

 

I've seen 20 inch wheels on RL's, they look ridiculous and I'd imagine they cause some serious premature wear on the CV joints.

 

What about 19s?

Also, would wheel dimensions 18X8.5 fit on a RL?
