2002 with 200,000 km - black oil every oil change
I use full synthetic Mobile 1 and change the oil every 5K kilometers but my oil is so black my mechanic is always having to recommend an oil flush.
Is there a better oil that I should be using ?

I agree.
If your not loosing oil or have poor fuel economy I wouldnt worry about it much.
It is a sign its getting contaminated somewhere. probably the pcv system. I personally dont think a flush will do anything for you. (could be wrong though)
