I'll be driving along with no indication of trouble and the engine just dies about once a day. Various speeds, sometimes at a stop. Starts back up with no problem. Getting an IAC code.
I've read quite a bit about the IAC causing a rough idle, but I haven't seen anything about it killing the engine. Any thoughts?

 

If your getting an IAC code, its probably the IAC, clean it or take it into a shop, may need to be replaced.
