1-8 code

Hi
I have a 1997 RL Canadian car. I bought it a few months ago and I checked the DTC error code on the ABS system and it came back as 1-8.
I realize this is a High Pressure System code, but could anyone tell me what it means with the system? Exactly what is wrong and how could I find out.
Appreciated.

In the anti-lock brake/VSA troubleshooting a DTC-18 code is identifying an intermittent left rear wheel sensor.

Yep just means the wheel speed sensor is bad. Its a relatively easy fix.

Many thanks for the prompt reply, am on the hunt for a rear left sensor!!!
Curious why the code wasnt a 4-8 then?
