buying new tires, need TPS help

I am in the process of buying new tires for my wifes 09 RDX. Her oem rubber is done at 44k.

Question regarding the tire pressure sensors. Is there a place anyone can suggest to buy the TPMS rebuild kit.

I am sourcing the tires from two difference places (Yoko Parada spec-x)

Thanks

ok maybe I am wrong. If I am just replacing the tires (and live in FL thus no corrosion) I should not have to replace the TPMS correct?

You need to have them "rebuild" the unit. This is just a new slide sensor, seal, cover and cap.

I would think that every shop that deals with a modern vehicle stocks this kit because they rebuild several a day.
When I put snow tires on the stock rims, the rebuild kit at Discount Tire was $7.50ea. So add $30 on top of the old tire disposal, mount & ballance fees. So total fees you should expect to pay would be about extra $100 on top of the price for just the tires.

I don't know about the TPS but just to comment quickly on the Parada's. I just had those installed on my RDX last week and they are great. It's been raining here the last 2 days and they stick like crazy and have smoothed out the ride a bit, though I like the stiffness of the RDX. I'm very happy with the purchase.
