Also depends on what the issue is for your turbo needing a rebuild... it really might be the variable flow bolt on the wastegate. That’s a pretty easy fix. If you’re hearing the rattling that may be the same issues. If you have a bearing going out and you’re getting movement in the actually wheel, that’s a rebuild ASAP issue.
So how much you get done will depend on what is actually needed. My turbo rebuild was a mix of get it done proactively: coating for better heat regulation, having a little play in my bearing (turbo comp said it would probably be fine but eventually i would want to get it done), my wastegates making a rattling noise on deceleration, and lastly the turbo code that everyone talks about finally happened so I fixed the variable flow bolt.

I am not a person that will defend this cars reliability yet.
That being said though, to me this reads like you have yourself a STEALERSHIP.
The oil changes are very simple. Should only cost a few bucks more than the cost of the oil and filter. Mobil 1 for both is about $35. The computer reset instructions are on here and I think in the owners manual as well? I agree the oil change computer is not very consistent. I would just use a regular mileage marker drain interval. Something even that is easy to remember.
If you are a person that is just not going to change your own oil, find yourself a local service station to support you in that who you can trust to change the oil and filter. If this shop only does service, find yourself another mechanical shop that knows Acura and Honda. Highly recommend you find one for a second opinion on the turbo situation and if it has indeed failed major, a fair quote on the work.
