My buddy pointed out that my car smoked a little after I started it the other day. I live in florida, so its was NOT even mildly cold out at the time. He said it looked blue, but I disagreed after witnessing it myself. I shot a Vid, which ill be posting once it uploads to youtube.

I did some research, all pointed toward the turbo or head-gasket… meaning the smoke is from coolant…FML

Anyone have similar symptoms?

I have and 08 with 54k on the ODO, gutted secondary cat. Thinking ill bring it in under the 6 year-70k mile warrantee.

What is the temp there? That really doesn't look like smoke - but rather "steam"

Next week it will be almost 80 degrees down there, LoL report back.

Its currently about 80, when I took the footage it was not under 75 degrees, I waited specifically for a warm morning.

I was told by an Acura Tech that the smoke is likely a rich mixture at startup...
I did begin to noticed the smoke when I deleted my 2nd cat… so his theory makes sense.
