Hello fellow rdxers. I need some help. I am currently making sure my RDX is in the best shape possible. While changing g fluid, I notice one of the differential mount in the rear is missing. I ordered the part and it is smaller when I installed it. On the diagram though, it shows only one. I am wondering if there is only one or my differential mount is an anomaly.

Could someone post up a picture of the rear subframe from behind? The mounts I speak of are in front of the mufflers if you look from the rear. I want to verify if there is only one big mount or I'm missing one of the two. I have a 2008 RDX tech. I appreciate any help on this matter.

 

Your RDX is perfectly fine.

Acura removed the passenger side mount during production because of NVH issues. So, all 1st Gen RDXs came from the factory with only one driver's side mount.

 

Ahh...figures. I found it odd when I looked at the diagram online and then looked at the gapping hole on the subframe. Thanks for the clarification.
