RDX 2007 Turbo Lag and Transmission issue
Once again, Acura says no problem, but there is a problem. When pressing on the gas, sometimes the car doesn't even want to move. The technicians were telling us that the accelerator is set at a certain RPM to engage the turbo. Yet, sometimes at any level, the lag is terrible where we have to pump the peddle to engage acceleration. Recently, when doing this to move forward, the car just revs in Drive and we have to move the transmission stick to neutral and back to drive to engage it. Of course, we haven't touched the shifter, but that is all Acura could come up with.

You are talking 2 different things here...
Having to move the stick from N to D has nothing to do with tubo lag... Try a different dealer or ask for the lead mechanic at yours. You are still under warranty.

WTF.... You need to carry the car somewhere else!
It seems that you have to get the car hooked up to the diagnostics scanner to get a full systems check!
I sounds like there is some sort of electrical component malfunction somewhere!
This could be part of your batt woes too!
