Doors seal

Hi, I have a 2008 acura rdx. I just noticed that there are dirt, mud, etc underneath the doors rubber and by the doors frame. Is it something wrong with the doors seal?. Does this happen to anyone?

I slid off all four doors on mine and rinsed them out. They collect alot of dirt. Its easy. They slide right back in.

shouldn't those rubbers prevent dirt and mud coming inside the door though?.
