discoloration on leather seats?

hi all new here so hopefully i'm in the right thread. i just got my 08 RDX and love it! i clean the inside on a weekly basis and started noticing a "circular" discoloration on the passenger seats that is rarely used. i have black leather seats and the discoloration is almost grayish in color.
anyone know what is going on? i figured if it was what i used to clean "armorall leather wipes" then it would effect the whole seat itself.
also one of the discoloration is now back to black and hard to touch, almost as if it was "burnt."
anyway to treat this? it actually seems to be popping up more and i have no clue as to the cause.

this is the one that feels like it was burnt

rest are pix of the other spots that are forming.

That is some strange wear patterns? It almost looks like something was used to spot clean the seat that was too harsh and damaged the seats.

I get an ashy spot discoloration. I think it might be what the previous owner used to clean the seats because it only appears where skin oil seems to contact the seats. I see hand prints and spots on the head rests. Mine don't look "burnt" like yours (in the first pic) do, thought =/.

i use armor all leather wipes and all the other areas are fine, but then the area that it appears on, i never leave anything wet or moist on it at all so really have no clue why its forming. no one even sits in the passenger seats where their forming much either.
i mean any place i can bring it in and have it get looked as since it seems like i am the first this happened??
seems like every weekend when i clean another one pops up and since i mostly work during the week and no one sits there or anything i really don't know why.maybe the cow it came from had some disease -_-

Swoosh has it. Looks like mold/fungus to me from milk/OJ or something to that effect. Happens with kids. Hard to fix because it gets into the foam.
