Code P0034 on my Acura Rdx

How can i fix this code, the RDX is 2008 it has 155k miles.
Changed fuel cap, oxygen sensors but

Change the broken Cannister that holds fuel vapor, it is under the car close to the fuel line.

Are you sure? P0034 - Turbocharger Bypass Control Solenoid Valve Circuit Low Voltage.
