Question Climate Control Temperature Setting vs real temp inside car

My 2007 RDX with Tech package is a great car. Bought it used a year ago. The climate control works great---heating and cooling, both automatic and manual. One issue, though, if I want it to cool to 70 degrees, I have to set the desired temperature to 66 degrees. No big deal, but not perfect. Any suggestions?

Forget what the numbers say and just drive by feel. In my experience the RDX has a very responsive HVAC system and it cools very quickly and also heats very quickly. Just crank the system and when you reach your comfort level of either cooling or heating just dial the system back and forget about specific numbers.
