Anyone hear a click when turning the wheel after backing up and putting the car in drive. Doesn't sound like a problem just some mechanical thing. Just crious as to what it is? Thanks

mine does that most days when I back out of my slot at work. I've seen other posts on the forum about it, but haven't read them since I assume it's mechanical (not a problem) like you said.

My RDX does it most of the time when I back out of my driveway and shift into Drive. It sounds like the transmission engaging........ but is a loud click. Annoying!

its the abs. it happens on a lot of cars.

Yeah, I freaked out too. This happens when I come out of my drive way, which is on a hill and then change from reverse to drive.

I had the dealership check it out...they claim that nothing is wrong and that it's something related to the brakes so that they wear properly....

People on the sidewalk look at me like I've run over something. The noise is pretty prenounced.

I get that click when I go from R to D ...... but not all the time. I notice it more if I am on an incline. Wierd! It is about as loud as all the doors locking when you hit 9 mph.

i've noticed this too, it happens at the same place everytime lol .. guess im a machine when it comes to driving.
