Noticed tonight that my 3rd brake light is out (2010 RDX).

Without trying to pull the lens off and maybe break something, what needs to be done to get to the light bulbs?

How does the red lens come off on the 3rd brake light? I was able to get the wing off however the two screws that hold the light assy onto the wing are behind the lens itself. Does it pop off on one side and the other has clips? I tried to gently pry it off however stopped so i dont break it...
BTW... I did search the forms for 3rd, third, High brake light and all i found was this post... Help not sarcastic comments are appreciated... Thanks!!

 

The 2 screws are covered by small, red, plastic covers that are held in by tabs. Gently pry the screw covers out and then remove the screws.

The red lens will come out and the bulb socket requires a quarter turn to remove it.

(It isn't needed to remove the wing.)
