I have an annoying rattle coming from what seems the A pillar it drives me crazy any ideas would be great thanks

 

Any chance you can capture the noise on video? Very difficult to determine based on what you've stated above, but a video may help. Only common rattle I know of is due to a rear seat latch that can be out of whack. Suspension can also be noisy of uneven surfaces, but that's just the car doing its thing.

my 07 RDX has a similar noise when I reverse but will go away once I start accelerated. Does anybody know what this noise is?

 

For me it was one of the i take bolts and washer was loose I tighten it up and no soundever since
