I'm thinking of buying an 11 RDX Tech with 20,4000 kms. Any major issues that I need to be aware. Also have chronic low back pain and want to know if the driver seat is comfortable.

I bought a certified pre-owned 2011 Acura RDX Tech with roughly 40 000 kms. I honeslty haven't had any major problems with the car so far. You should be aware that the car is a stiffer ride. The seat is comfortable, but you will feel any bumps in the road.
