no one is going to sell you their reflashed ECU and end up with no ecu at all.

since you're "local" i'd reccomend church automotive in Willmington. they'll drive it over to Hondata and have it done same day. no mailing it out. just take a buddy with you to go grab a bite while they do their thing. if they're busy it could take a while.
