Has anyone had any success upgrading with a universal or alternate TMIC?

Also wondering if the Koyo or TYC aluminum radiators actually prevent the defect in the OEM radiator?

Anyone know if the upgraded wastegates/actuators actually an upgrade or do they just not break as easily?

i know the aftermarket for this cars dead. I’m about to give up on it for that reason.

other than that, are there any differences in the parts on eBay. There are Intercoolers ranging from $160ish to $550ish for Spectra. Is that even an upgrade? Or should I just try and find a low mileage OEM? Ugh sucks we can’t upgrade much anymore. Late to the party

 

Just wait a little, and I will be selling my aftermarket ETS intercooler, Hondata, and RSR springs that I put on the car between 2015 and 2016. Oh yeah, I did the little intake gasket thing, and the Progressive sway bar as well. I was an upgrading connoisseur back then. Car has 90k on it, so probably 40 to 50k on the items I replaced. Not my DD now as wife has taken over my 2011 RDX the past two years. Live in Florida, so no way I am attempting removal of these items in the summer.
