Smile Tuning

Is it wise to get a dyno tune with a possible head gasket leak, So let me explain every morning at start up i get a sweat delicious smell lol out the exhaust and notice a little coolant missing from the reservoir however the car runs good with no warning lights...Any info anyone????

eventually the car will overheat. then if you dont catch it in time, as in you arent paying attention to the warning signs the engine is giving...the engine will overheat and warp the head

dont get it tuned.

do get a leak down check

dont make modifications to a vehicle that's not 100% running condition.

Do do basic maintenance to ensure a long pleasant ownership experience

Is it leaking into the engine block mixing with the oil or just on the exterior of engine block? Either way, the leak needs to be fixed unless your are looking for an excuse to get a newer vehicle.

Couple things to remember there's coolant other places than the head and the water jacket on this particular engine. Coolant runs through the throttlebody and also runs through the entire exhaust manifold as well as the turbo I don't think it's leaking through the turbo but there's a chance you could have a cracked exhaust manifold in and that would give you that stuff out the exhaust before it got hot and magically sealed up
