Intercooler, intake

Can you run the ets intercooler and intake with no other mods? Just wondering if that's safe to run

save up and get the flash pro and injectors at the same time 800cc should do whatever you could want. what are emission laws like where your at?

It is safe, but if you're going to get one mod and nothing else, I'd definitely go with a Flashpro.

Flash Pro or the tamer regular Hondata reflash would be a bigger bang for the buck compared to ETS+intake alone. I did Hondata reflash for +4 yrs with zero issues with emissions (improved mpgs). I added ETS+heat-shield gasket last year and felt additional power gains, another bump in mpgs, and felt even more hp in winter months in the old butt dyno.
