Sorry, was away from the computer. But what chipmunk said is correct.

I did a 0-90 run tonight in S/auto mode, and managed a 16.1. Maybe after I install an intake, I'll be in the 15's. 0-60 times were about the same again, so there's not much improvement there. But the car definitely feels stronger in the upper rev range from 4k+ rpm.

BTW, the tranny still upshifts at ~6800 RPM in S-auto mode (if you don't use the paddles and let it shift itself). The only way to get the Hondata 7200 RPM redline is in S-manual. I'll try a run in S-manual (tomorrow night hopefully) and report back.

well, in S/manual mode, I did 0-90 in 16.4 sec shifting near the 7200 redline. I could feel it being restricted by the stock DP & exhaust, so it's obvious there's a lot of power being left on the table there. I'll do a couple more runs next week after I install my intake.

Joe - a little, yes...but the midrange is where you really feel the gains. The top end is stronger too, but I'm sure the stock exhaust is holding things back quite a bit.

I just installed a cp-e intake today, so I'll do another 0-90 run soon and see what she does...

Buy it through c.l.u.b.r.s.x and you can mail it yourself with their paperwork and hondata will send it back to your address and not through a dealer.

I have a brand new ECU (in the box) that I would like to get flashed by Hondata.

Does anyone know if there would be any issues with the flashing of a brand new unit that has never been flashed?
Well, other than the fact that it would not have the security part.
So, would'nt this be the same as buying one of their (Hondatas) flashed units that they advertised for $895?

Thoughts anyone?
