My friend told me about a guy in New York who does HALOs on any car. He is mainly a Gen coupe guy but I've been talking to him and he says the labor will be about $100 dollars plus the CCFL HALOs. its about a 2 week thing. He has to measure the headlights then order the halos then install them. But if I send mine he will probably be able to pre order and make the process shorter.

 

And this will make the car faster, how?
