Experiences with IMR downpipe?

Currently looking for a downpipe and see that most people are using the RV6 but seeing as its not made anymore I was able to find an alternative made by a company called IMR. My question is does anybody have any experience with this company or is someone on here already running some of their pipes? Thankyou in advance for the feedback

If you don't get any responses here, you may want to check the 3000GT and Stinger sites. You are the first I've seen bring them up. Good luck. I bought my RV6 in the last buy they had.

I'm also looking at the IMR brand down and mid pipe. Options are slim for the aftermarket these days

Have you had a chance to install it yet? If so does everything fit good without modification?

Did not yet install. Worth noting that you should get the primary and secondary downpipe. This is so, because the OE configuration utilizes a flex joint between the primary and secondary cat convertor. the IMR downpipe does not support such a connection, and utilizes a section of flex pipe in the secondary. Yes, it will bolt up to the OE secondary, but doing so will eliminate the primary flex joint in the exhaust system, which will likely cause issues.

The verdict? Either get the primary and secondary or keep it stock.

I’m about to pull the trigger on their downpipe and secondary pipe. Would love to hear about the install and also hear it on your car first. Do you have plans to install soon?

IMR took their time creating this for RDX Com. They waited until they could get a donor car from someone to mock everything up and get good fitment, (they didn't guess).
The price is great and will be going up as more people start buying. I know a couple of people that are using it with no issues.

I am currently awaiting an order. I ordered in April 3rd and its taking quite a bit longer than expected. After a couple weeks I sent an email, no answer. Finally sent an IG message and got a reply. They are waiting for some "new flanges to be cut and shipped to them" The exhaust leak I had last October finally came back so I'm losing AWD after a few miles driving. I really hope they ship in a timely manner. I'm not sure if I would've purchased if I knew I'd be waiting over a month (I would've just went with a custom exhaust locally). I have a ETS TMIC and Hondata coming next month. I hope these IMR parts arrive before these other ones do.

I installed the IMR primary and secondary dp about a week ago. Fitment is good, with one minor complaint. I did not receive a gasket for the connection of the primary to the secondary. Ended up ordering this: https://www.ticonindustries.com/coll...st-gasket-3-id

My parts came in. I need a nice day and day off to overlap. Can I reuse my old sensors?

I sucked it up and ordered new sensors. Waiting on their arrival and will probably do the install. Can anyone tell me how long this took and any tips?
