Question Wheel locks installation help

Folks,

Planning on getting new wheel locks from HondaAcuraworld.com. I am also planning on buying an adjustable torque wrench for this job. Anyone know what is the torque specification for tightening the wheel locks onto the wheels?

Thanks,
Jakas
