has anybody know where is the EGR on 07 rdx so could clean it. Throttle body location? should i clean it. Pic would help too.

 

dont think there is a EGR for rdx.. no part number listed for one

 

there shouldnt be that much carbon deposits in the throttle body to harm any thing.

what year is your car? and why do you want to clean things?

 

i was just wondering and the year is post 07 rdx tech with 98 thousand miles. 2nd owner.

 

1) we dont have an EGR
2) pop up your hood, remove plastic cover from IC and throttle body will be right in front of you
3) I dont think you'll be able to complete a throttle body cleaning procedure. We have an electronic throttle body that is controlled by computer and even if you remove it and clean it you'll need to make a recalibration procedure. And for that you need to have an access to a HDS - Honda Diagnostic Scanner. Which can be found only in a dealership.
Otherwise, after cleaning and installing everything back you'll get a check engine light.

 

^right, and I doubt the throttle body would be dirty enough to cause issues...
