I purchased the hondata reflash for my 2007 RDX from K-Series the other day and I've read the removal of the existing unit is easy but not so much on my end and I don't want to break anything. Question: do you push down or pull up on the tabs under the two connectors? I've tried both and not even a wiggle when trying to pull the connectors off. Any tips are greatly appreciated! Can't wait to get this sent out.

 

I had the same issues awhile back. What you have to do is pull up on the center tab, then rotate that entire bottom plastic piece towards the airbox and up. Once that's done, the plug will just pull out freely. It's similar to a hinge lock. I'd say to use your right or left hand to pull up on the tab, and while still pulling up on the tab, use other hand to pull up on the plastic parts right to left and right of the tab. Good luck.
