DRL Install
DRL Install
I hated the yellow look of the factory DRLs and I did not want to change the bulbs to LED and loose the high beam effectiveness.
So the factory DRL were disconnected (fuse pulled) and a set of DL5 DRLs installed.
They employ five 1watt leds in reflective lenses each with an output of 7-900 lumes in the 5-6500k heat range.
It kind of gives the RDX a European Audi RS, Benz type look.
Enjoy

Looks very clean! You could do both as LED with minimal power draw. Are these spliced or is it plugged into a harness?
HID fogs that must be really bright. Nice. My brother just backed into the frontend of my RDX today. No fogs for me.

Thanks guys!
The LED DRLs come with a harness, three wires, power ground, and another one that you can use (optional) to connect to the park light circuit to dim the DRL when you turn on your Lights. I did'nt connect mine so they stay bright all the time.
My turn signals (forward) are the switchbacks and can be purchased at V-leds.com
