New RDX owners
First: I would get the Hondata reflash of the ECU:

It will improve gas mileage about 5-8% and give you about +25HP and +30TQ for only $300+shipping.
Second: I would recommend new tires if you have the OEM rubber. The OEM rubber starts to get louder over time and the wet handling is the weak point for the tires (rain and slush).
Third: Drive the hell out of the RDX! This CUV loves curves with the sh-awd. You can actually feel the RDX rotate around corners when the “sh” kicks in.
You might have to give the wifey the Ridgeline and take the RDX for yourself after a few mods.

What we paid
We paid 24,500. We were looking for a used RDX with low miles. We bought it at a Toyota dealer....... The Acura dealers wanted more money for a RDX with about twice the milage. Found it on the web, test drove it and then bought it that night.
Was that for a Tech or Non-Tech? Would also recommend the Eibach Springs, gives excellent handling and lowers it a little over an inch for a nicer stance. However, Eibach stopped making them so they are getting difficult to find.
Get lots of different opinions on air intake. I have the K&N Typhoon Cold Air Intake, easy to install, a little noisy as far as hearing the turbo spool, but gives a nice little increase in hp, and of course the filter is cleanable.
One big piece of advice, definately use premium fuel only. Youll find that the car is not the greatest on gas mileage (i average around 18-22mpg all around). Personally I also add gummout fuel treatment every fill up as well.
All and all a great, reliable, good looking, semi-luxurious family hauler that can have same balls with a few mods. Definately hard to find this kind of handling in a similar vehicle.

Well I just talked my wife into buying herself a new car. Since I'm a nice guy I'm happy with her hand me downs, which will be her 07 RDX. I drive it plenty already, but now I can get the "foofy" out of it and make it mine. Bout time I got rid of that Volvo.
