A little help please

Hello everyone, I am a new member and a proud owner of a 1st gen RDX. Any whom I have a 2007 RDX with Technology package and i want to play music from my usb. The car as many know does not have a usb port, but i does have a aux jack. So i bought a aux to usb converter hoping it would play my music but no luck.
Anybody else going through this or has gone through it before that can shed a little light. Any help would be appreciated great forum by the way

You won't be playing music directly off a USB drive without a USB port, but a solution shouldn't be too expensive. Just get a basic MP3 player such as this :

Amazon.com : SanDisk Sansa Clip+ 8 GB MP3 Player (Black) : Electronics Amazon.com : SanDisk Sansa Clip+ 8 GB MP3 Player (Black) : Electronics

Or if you need more capacity, an older gen 16GB iPod nano should be available on your local Craigslist for well under 100 bucks.

As stated above^^, just plugging something into your aux port is the easiest & quickest solution. I do this with an old iPod, and charge from the outlet inside the center console.

If you want to spend a little money and tinker a bit, there are other options such as different iPod/Android integration kits like the Grom that include USB as well. I've been thinking about trying one. Install is ez, but reviews are a bit mixed on reliability.
