PLEASE PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN

I am trying to program homelink to work the gate for my subdivision. I have programmed my other car (09 Audi) and my wife's Touareg which the RDX is replacing. I am able to program the garage opener onto the RDX.

The challenge is the gate opener. Its a 10 year old system and a sentex system which I dont believe is a rolling code. My neighbor has an older TL and even his is programmed.

According to Homelink it should work but so far no go.

Any ideas !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

My gate is using an Italian sys and the HomeLink wont work with it!!

 

Did you already program the rolling code garage opener in your home? My community gate is not rolling code and it works fine. My suggestion would be to clear the memory as instructed and start over again.
