I just bought the base RDX and haven't had time to order the factory manual yet. Can anyone tell me the location of the various stereo components that can't be seen? Specifically, is there an amp separate from the CD changer unit and where is it located? Is there a separate XM unit and where is it located?

 

For those of you who need component location, wiring diagrams, etc, an alternative to buying the $170 factory manual is to buy a 3 day online subscription from Helm, Inc. (the company that publishes the manual) for $20. You can access all manual info and even print out the portions you want.

By the way, main amp is located under front center of console, bolted from underneath to top of console. Access by removing passenger trim piece on side of console.
