Exclamation Acura Buy Back - Electrical Issues

Well since my 2009 RDX was in the shop 36 days out of 7 month I have a case manager. The case manager obtained every piece of paper on my car from the dealership. There was also an Acura Engineer flown out for three days to work on it. The dealership (Gillman Acura) has been wonderful through the entire thing. Attempted to fix all issues. Acura Engineer figured out there was a programming issue. They were not sure ow how long it would be before resolution. They even pulled up VIN# from Honda/Acura vehicles going back to 1993 that we had owned. This was to prove I was telling the truth about all the products we had owned from Honda/Acura. The case worker sends it forward for review. Well now it has been over a week waiting for an answer. We will see how this goes.

There is something wrong with the electrical on the stereo. In 27 years of driving have never blown a speaker.

I have had mine in the dealer 5-6 time for the center speaker cover. Trust me, its not up to them to make you a deal to buy back. You have passed the lemon law. I would send that CRV in a wrapper back. I'm outside of 1 year, and wished I put the pressure on earlier.

BTW... the people at Acura have been a real PITA to deal with. I wanted to email them a photo of the damaged dash and they were like we can't take email from the outside world, only to find out the dealer has been communicating via email. I hate their dishonestly.
