2010 RDX Trailer Wiring
Anyone install the trailer wiring kit? I havea Curt Kit uut need to know where the connector is. I took the rear drivers side access panel off, but could not see a connector.
By the way the Valley hitch from Etrailer looks good.
Thanks

The curt instruction are wrong ... the connection is on the passenger side, however ... Once I pluged mine in, it still did not work. I seem to have power all the time. I am guessing I have a bad box

rskdsk is correct, the connector is on the passenger side. Once you remove the spare wheel cover, you'll see foam around the spare wheel. The connector is under the foam. Be gentle with the foam, dont snap it off. The foam supposedly has a huge effect when mitigating the effects of rear end collisions.
You dont have to remove the foam, just lift it enough to snap the connector in.
Finally, you dont have to route the cable through the holes between the wheel - under the bumper etc. I was able to pull it out under hatch door, the gap in the door is reasonable enough that its not pinching the cable when shut.
I hope that helps.
