We just completed our first road trip, Denver to Irvine CA to Scottsdale AZ to Flagstaff AZ and back to Denver. Great trip especially in the mountains, and the AZ strip between Utah and Nevada. I was taking posted 55 mile an hour curves at 90+. My only complaint was the IPOD interface. Sound was poor compared to a CD. Any suggestions out there?

 

You are right, my ipod sounded like crap from the factory input. when I upgraded my sound system I used the Req 5 and it has an ipod input (i velcroed it to the drivers side riht panel) and it sounds great. Not sure why but it does.
