window tinting process
Had my 2 front windows tinted today. I noticed as he was doing it he kept spraying this soapy water mixture between the tint and the glass as he was positioning it and pressing it all into place. All the soapy water went in between the door panel and then drained out onto the floor. I assume this is normal?

Was planning to take my RDX this week for the same thing. I've never had my windows tinted before, so this might sound like a dumb question, but is the tint on the front windows good enough that you can't tell the diff between that and the factory tint on the back windows?

I had him put 45% on because I think that, combined with the slight tint already on the windows, would put it in the high 30's % range to keep it legal. That said, it doesn't match the same level of tint as the back windows but it still looks way better than none at all.

yes this is normal.. they spray it on there so the glue on the tint doesnt stick right away.. it wont harm anything inside the door.. the small bubbles should go away soon too that are in the tint.. i think they say you cant roll your windows down for 2 weeks or something like that.(havent had tint done for a few years)
also a good tint place will cover any mistakes that show up after that time frame as well.. i know when i had my tint done there was alittle lint in it and had to take it back to get it redone
