Question wheel lock nuts for 2010 rdx question...

hi guys, when i bought my 2010 rdx last week, the dealer wanted to charge $85 for wheel lock nuts... i declined it and opted to buy aftermarket... i managed to find a decent one for $30 here but it's for a 2009 RDX... my question is, will there be a difference in "size" for these wheelock nuts in the 2009 vs 2010 RDX base model? appreciate if you guys have any thoughts on this, i dont want to unnecessarily wear out the "thread" that screws on the wheel nuts...

My sales rep threw in my wheel locks no-charge when I bought my '08 RDX. But that's beside the point. I highly doubt Acura changed the wheel stud specs, thread, etc., from 2009 model to 2010 model so I think the locks will fit fine. But, why not just make a blind call to your Acura dealer and ask them for sure.

They tried that crap with me. I told them take them off and the sales guy then said he'd just throw them in. They try to squeeze you for every little buck. I ended up selling mine for $20 on ebay when I sold my 2010's factory wheels.

thanks guys! yes, i will do that tomorrow - blind call to acura dealer... ill think of a legit question to ask since they might make me buy it back again! haha... i was expecting they'd throw in the wheel lock nuts but apparently they didnt... well, i did nickel and dime them on the negotiation though so tit for tat... worst comes to worst, i wont sweat it and will try to see if the wheel lock nuts i have fits... if it doesnt, i wont force it and just live without them (i dont intend to change my stock rims anyway)...
