Vsa Off

I noticed that I couldn't bring the rpms above 2500 while stepping on the brake. (with VSA off) I'm sure it's for safety reasons. Anyone experience the same thing?

Well during their test on Road and Track magazine, they said they achieved a 0-60 run in 6.3sec. by power braking and revving to 3000rpm. I had a G-Timer in the car and noticed that it wouldn't let me rev above 2500rpm. I also noticed that in my previous '05 TSX.

Just remember that the way they drive it in a Road and Track road test in no way takes into account the car's longevity. They don't care -- they'll give it back in a few weeks at the most, as opposed to most of us who would like the vehicle to survive for a few years at the least.

Seriously ... they beat the crap out of those cars before they even hit a couple thousand miles.

Not everyone has heard the term brake torqung, and since we have seen the "car wont go above 5K in park threads", you never know.

I wouldn't do it, simple as that. If you are leasing OTOH...

You mean you actually think the majority of people treat leases well? One of the guys where my friend works leases cars for about 40K than returns them. My friend said he was bragging how he never changed the oil...
