Last year I would get a squeaky noise - like creaky stairs when it got really cold out over bumps and when steering coming from the drivers front wheel area. It went away in the spring. This winter it's there louder, and all the time.
It could be the ball joint, this car only has a lower, could be one of the bushings or the strut or strut mount.
I just sprayed half a can of grease into the top of the strut and strut bearing area.
I was worried about mine because its originally from Florida...but in comparison I don't guess I should be worrying about that at this point (2008 RDX Base with 131k miles)

Yours looks a year old.
Dark coloring looks like oil or rustproofing, I see oil on you transmission cross member if you zoom in on it in the middle of the first Pic.
