Is there any way to spool up the turbo boost while the RDX is at a stand still so it comes flying off the line like a screaming banshee? I'm probably looking for mischief here

 

You can brake-torque to bring up the boost for a better launch. Its not easy on the car, but can be very effective for timed acceleration runs.

I assume you're being responsible, and talking about doing runs on a closed track.

 

Road & Track did that to get 6.3 sec 0-60, and 14.8 sec 1/4 mile.

 

^^ that is so fuggin fast for a SUV in its class @_@

 

the new Rav4 v6 can achieve something like that without brake-torque... it's an ugly and boring car so it doesn't matter and it'll flip and roll over trying to tackle a sharp turn.
