Anyone interested in going in with me on a Navigation DVD update? I have an 07, and there has just been so much new construction in our area that the nav is really getting outdated. I also want it for the updated restaurant guide. Lastly, it would be nice to have the daylight savings time working correctly.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but you can't share nav DVDs. Once you insert the new disc it generally updates the software as well as the database, making it unusable if you put the old disc back in. Also, they use some fairly sophisticated copy protection, so you can't just a buy a DVD and make a bunch of working copies.

 

Dude, how much are those?? I thought that they were a couple hundred bucks....plus, if there is a lot of new construction it is unlikely that the DVD will incorporate that this soon....just my opinion

 

ya i'd wait it out for 4.70 (there is a leaked version out but i'd wait)
