Spark plug socket size

Because of the effort required to access the spark plugs, I would like to ensure I have a compatible socket before I start my project.

Could someone confirm the spark plug socket size?

That link takes me to a google search of socket sizes, offering 14mm, 16mm, 5/8", and more.

I'll assume the old ones match the new ones for size, but I'll post result for all once I do the job.

All you have to do to empower yourself & confirm the socket size is find the OEM spark plug part #, go to rockauto.com and click the 'Part Number Search' tab, populate the 'part number' field with the part # and click search. Then pick one of the plugs and look at the 'specifications' for that plug & confirm the 'Hex size' that you seek.
