Some numbers (VSC ON

Just decided to try out this new torque app so I did a few runs
I have a 2008 Acura RDX No Tech with some really worn tires and vsa on

Numbers are as follows...

0-60mph: 7.26sec
60-80mph: 5.31sec
80-100mph: 8.6sec (you can see the decreased boost)
60-0mph: 4.2 (I hesitated a bit, id say you could do it in 3.5 or better with some nice rubber)
1/4 Mile: 16.7s at 91mph (the road was slightly curved)

Remember this is on worn rubber (5/32) and with VSA ON

how did you record this? there is something wrong with your numbers. how did you get a 16.7s 1/4 mile but with a 0-60 of 7.3 AND at 91mph??? i get slightly faster than that even with my NA impreza at 87mph. i think my last timeslip when with my stock RDX indicated 15.3s at 90mph flat. have to dig into my files... 7.26s 0-60 would yield you high 15s 1/4 mile not 16.5+!! has nothing to do with tire, something is holding you back after launch. your 60-80mph is good but it was closer to 4.8s from my tests. numbers don't make sense.

my 0-60 video in signature fyi.

I was using the Torque app on my galaxy, connects via bluetooth adapter connected to the OBDII port. The tests were done on a smooth back road. For the 0-60mph I torque launched the car (did a tranny flush today so I figured why not) with the VSC on in S mode. As for the torque app, im assuming it records the 0-60 time using the onboard sensor which from comparisons with my gps seems to be within +1 mph. The quarter mile is recorded using im assuming the speed sensor and odometer. I did 3 runs and they were pretty consistent. This was the fastest run of the 3, I would post the other runs but torque only records your best time. As for the quarter mile,60-80, and 80-100... The RDX stock tuning drops boost pressure significantly the faster you go. I think I was running like 5 or 6 psi where as I was running 15psi shortly after launch.

Sweet video btw, didnt know a TL could boogie like that haha

Ok I did a few more runs... I really need to find somewhere with a lot less bumps, and a decent straightaway but anyway.

0-60mph: 6.7s
60-80mph: 4.9s
80-100mph: 7.4s
1/8m: 10.1s @ 74.6mph
1/4m: 15.7s @ 92.6mph

This was my best run, the rest averaged in the 7's... with VSA off... but like I said, I think the biggest factor would be a nice straight road like a highway or ideally a track lol.
With elevation changes and bumps its far from ideal. With Hondata I could see an easy 6s flat.
