Sold our 2007 RDX after she turned 10

Got a 2018 Volvo XC90; which I did not plan to purchase - just causally walked in for a test drive - the deal was too good to say no to. I was offered $9300 off MSRP.

It was such a fun ride, with so many good memories! I knew I was going to miss it; and I am now looking at a 2010 RDX with 45K miles

Sporty look for side
Still think the side rear is the most amazing curves
98765 miles, had hoped to see 100K
Interior still looks in good condition. Those high quality perforated leather seats are now hard to find below $50K price range
One more view from the rear

All the repairs:
 • Rear passengers side shock: covered under warranty
 • A/C clutch relay @ year 7: replaced at the dealer, they also vacuum and recharged the system for a total of ~$280
 • A/C coil/clutch set @ year 9: $370 part/labor done by a friend who works at the Acura dealer as a technician
 • Both front sway-bar end links @year 10: was making a knocking sound when going through uneven pavement
 • Driver side A/C mix door actuator @ year 10: was making a noise when adjusting temperature $215 parts/labor with the sway-bar links
Old Honda/Acura does appear to have A/C issues frequently; but so probably many other brands too.

That RDX is a beauty!!!!

I literally just hit 202K in mine!!!

I LOVE the White Diamond Pearl!!!

Mine is Carbon Gray/Ebony!!!

98K miles, that's nice!!! I have just done the sway ends, rear torque rods, front struts, and the A/C condenser coil is bad... I'm having all sorts of little things, electrical, and my steering is light for some reason, even after two alignments...

Good luck on getting the 2010!!! I hear the new Volvos are really nice!!!

It's gotta be some step up to go from an RDX to a XC90. But I'm confused, why sell your 07 and then buy a 10 it yours had no issues? Also what mystery said, LOVE the RDX in white pearl and also agree, the rear 3/4 is the best angle for the 1G RDX.

Nice pickup!

I love my Acuras; but, I stay away from dealerships because I think I would end up doing the same thing. Jag F-Pace S is my #1 choice for my RDX replacement. Kinda hard to make that move because it has just been routine maint and tires since replacing my shocks/struts at 100k (140,000 miles now).

Oh man! Jag F-Pace is like my number one favorite crossover right now (the cayenne held that position for a good 6 years). The design of the F-Pace is just awesome. My only issue is that Jag REALLY cut corners with it, the lower parts of the doors are cheap nasty plastic and overall the interior does not scream quality. I'd be willing to put up with that in exchange for the 380hp supercharged engine though!

Agreed about the interior at around a 6 or 7 out of 10, maybe they might upgrade in a few years. Jag is suppose to have a smaller E-Pace around the same size as the 1st Gen RDX soon starting at $38,000. I think you have your pick of gas 2.0T at 246hp/ 269tq or 286hp/295tq. We could even see a 3.0L S/C at 340hp/332tq E-Pace SVR down the road? If the 3rd Gen RDX is a turd, I might be looking at the F-Pace or E-Pace as an replacement.

Yeah that really kills it for me because Jags used to be synonymous with high build quality. But I mean it's not the worst thing I've ever seen and the powertrain and dynamics really makes up for it.

I absoltely LOVE the E-Pace but I'm dissapointed that it is FWD based with a crappy part time AWD system vs RWD based. The powertrain is stout though and I would LOVE a SVR version down the line for sure. It starts at 42k here and can be optioned up to a whopping 78k (WAY too much IMHO). Regardless I used to never look at their cars ever but my dream garage is an F-Pace and an F-Type.
